By moving in the postures and using the breath you are finding an awareness of your body, you will learn what your body is capable of, how far it will reach and how strong and flexible it can be. This will help reduce illness, aches and pains and build a healthy fit body for life.
Your mind will be free of thoughts as you focus solely on your body doing your yoga. Liberating and energizing -enjoy!
