Massage is a centuries old therapy, it has a long history of physical and psychological benefits. I am an ITEC qualified holistic, seated chair and deep tissue massage therapist.

I am fully insured to work in my studio, the home and the workplace. Onsite massage at work has major beneifts to the worker;  my massage boosts morale and motivation; it raises awareness about stress & stress management. As a qualified Yoga & Pilates teacher I’ll teach you good posture & body alignment, leading to a healthier, happier lifestyle.
